Don’t expect luxury despite the price

Room wise pretty bland and quite tired. Dents a plenty in all the furniture, old mattress not very comfortable, rip in duvet cover. Coffee facilities was Nescafé granuals yuk! (common Hilton this isn’t a travel lodge that is poor!!) Bathroom at least felt a bit nicer. So the room is very over priced for other hotels eg hotel Brooklyn (voco) which is a lot more wow, however you do get a nice hotel overall with a pool and facilities in a good location and the cloud23 bar is definitely worth a visit albeit you don’t need to be a hotel resident. So I wouldn’t stay here again but fine for a night.

I booked cloud 23’s cocktail afternoon tea to celebrate mine and my partners one year anniversary. The food and drink were excellent, made even better by the service from Chris. He was helpful, attentive and a smiley face that really added to the experience. Couldn’t recommend more!

I Stayed in this hotel recently with my partner. It’s in a great central location with a huge 24hr secure car park located behind. The room decor seems quite dated now, the views across Manchester are epic. However for £200 per night we were expecting a higher quality of decor for the price

Lovely sized room on an executive floor (floor 20). The panoramic views are amazing. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath which was good. Comfy bed and plenty of storage space. We had cocktails in the lounge bar, they were very good and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel is a good central location, a tram stop is a couple of minutes walk away.

This is a busy hotel! We stayed due to business meetings in the area. Check in was ok, a lot of people staying here. Huge black tie event going on, people everywhere. Security staff seemed to be on edge and very abrupt. It felt like you were being watched every time you entered the lobby area. The bar on the 23rd? Floor seems to be a local attraction. It was nice, but construction in the area will eventually inhibit the views from this bar. Rooms were clean & tidy. Breakfast buffet had a lot to offer & food was ok. Wouldn’t be my first choice if I was to return, as our booking was made by the company we were meeting with. I prefer a hotel that isn’t as hectic and busy.
